The Savvys: “The Savvys” (otherwise known as Danny and Heather Savage...or Heather Stajgr for those of you that know me in my professional life) is a name that came from my husbands many years in the hockey world both playing and refing. After marrying in 2007 I was dubbed with the title of “Mrs. Savvy” which was the inspiration for our blog name. Our daughter, Lyla Nouvelle Savage, the newest addition to our little clan, was the inspiration for the blog itself. Although I was raised in the Vancouver/Portland area my husband grew up here in Tacoma, where we make our home now. During the day or rather all hours of the day I run my company, Passio Creative (www.passiocreative.com). We specializes in branding and design for small to mid-sized businesses and non-profits. My husband works for his father as a mechanic in Olympia. A few times a week (which is the goal) I spend a little time updating everyone on our life. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do living it.
